
Rishi Goswami started his legal career under the Gauhati High Court, as a young lawyer in the year 1999, fighting for the cause of road traffic accidents. For more than two decades he has successfully represented thousands of road accident victims and helped them in their rehabilitation. His kindness and passion towards the unfortunate road accident victims as well as community outreach and social entrepreneurship have led him to be the founder of Crossroads Samaritan Council. He has filed many public interest litigations on road safety policies. Furthermore, he is the General Secretary of the Motor Accident Bar Association, Kamrup, Assam, India since the year 2011. Rishi is in the vanguard of different road safety campaigns. He has been working closely with the government as well as with other NGOs, civil societies and institutions to design and implement a range of global campaigns including "Global plan for the Decade of Action of Road Safety 2021-2030". He has been conducting research on various aspects of road safety.
Dr. P.K. Padmavati is an outstanding orthopedic doctor. He has organized the management and treatment of road accident victims, saving the lives of innumerable accident patients. Known for his generosity towards all, has always been loved by the road accident victims, especially the youth.
Susmita Goswami is a practicing lawyer under the Gauhati High Court. She is an independent consultant working with non profits to enhance organizational capacity through facilitation training assessment and evaluation. She has facilitated meetings between Board and staff, led multi-stakeholder planning sessions conducted program and organizational assessments, and guided organizations in strategic planning.

Rejaksi is studying Civil Engineering at the University of Sydney which provides a comprehensive education in various aspects of infrastructure development, structural design, transportation systems, and environmental engineering.
Saqueeb Twarique is a Law student interested in road safety awareness campaigns. He strongly believes in the people-centric missions of CSS and in the power of mediation. Saqueeb loves travelling and prefers road trips.
Biju Dutta is a vibrant young lawyer specializing in road accident cases, driven by a profound passion for saving lives on the roads. Biju actively engages in community service initiatives, advocating for safer streets and raising awareness about road safety.
